Government fees and taxes are separate

Stamp duty, registration fees, GST, TDS, and any other government levies applicable to a property transaction are entirely separate from and not included in any fee charged by or to Nanded Real Estate.

We may decline or remove listings

Nanded Real Estate reserves the right to reject, remove, or decline to verify any listing at our discretion — including listings where documents appear incomplete, inconsistent, or where the property type carries elevated legal risk.
